Delivery time of your order
Due to the war in Ukraine, our delivery times are currently 7 to 15 business days . We hope for your understanding.
- Good news: most packages now arrive faster in the Netherlands again!
- Normally you will receive your order within 10 working days .
No shipping costs: To accommodate you, we do not charge shipping costs and we cover these costs entirely ourselves.
What if I haven't received my order yet?
Has the expected delivery time passed and you still have not received your order?
Please send an email to lodyfair .products @gmail .com . We will investigate as soon as possible what is wrong with your package.
How do I exchange or return a product?
To return your order, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to lodyfair .products @gmail .com .
Please state here:- Your name
- Your order number (e.g. #0000, found in your confirmation email)
- The reason for return
- We will send you the return address and confirm the return.
- Please return the product via a courier of your choice.
What are the costs of returns?
- Returns are at your own expense .
- The costs depend on the courier. Check the website of your chosen courier for the exact rates.
Returns conditions
You can return a product within 14 days after receipt. The product must meet the following conditions:
- The return period has not yet expired .
- The product is in its original packaging and still has all labels.
- The product has not been used .
